About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and deliver complex business resilience engagements end to end
  • Facilitate workshops, tabletop exercises, and full-scale simulations with client stakeholders
  • Develop and apply methodologies, tools, and templates aligned with relevant standards
  • Manage client relationships and establish strong relationships with clients
  • Manage, coach, and mentor consultants and senior consultants
  • Contribute to business development through proposal development and identifying opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree, preferably in risk, emergency management, business, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practitioner in business continuity, emergency management, crisis management, or business resilience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing engagements and teams in the mentioned areas
  • Knowledge of business continuity, emergency management, and risk standards and regulations (ISO 22301, CSA Z1600, ISO 22317, DRII, BCI)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Professional designations preferred: MBCP, CBCP, CBCI, MBCI, or ISO 22301 Lead Auditor
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
