Key responsibilities & impact

Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients
Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database
Assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required
Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
Experience with Insolvency/ Personal Debt Solutions is considered an asset but not a requirement
Ability to support high-level management demands with strong attention to detail
Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Proficient in English for communications with clients in Quebec
