About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients
  • Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database
  • Assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required
  • Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
  • Experience with Insolvency/ Personal Debt Solutions is considered an asset but not a requirement
  • Ability to support high-level management demands with strong attention to detail
  • Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in English for communications with clients in Quebec
