About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the Head of Working Capital Solutions to define business strategy and commercial plans for Receivables Finance solutions in Mexico
- Lead the commercial effort for Receivables Finance within the WCS team in Mexico
- Support the origination, structuring, and execution of Receivables Finance opportunities
- Participate in client meetings with Industry, Global, and Transactional bankers
- Receive and manage RFPs and support proposal presentations to relevant committees
- Review and negotiate legal documentation with CIB Legal
- Contribute to innovation and development of new Working Capital product solutions
- Lead approval requests for new or enhanced Receivables Finance products
- Collaborate with GTB Monitoring on procedures for oversight and monitoring of Receivables Finance transactions
- Manage insurance policies
- Participate in third-party-distributed transactions and administer proprietary transaction distribution
- Measure, monitor, and analyze product revenue by client and geography using management tools
- Attend and participate in specialized forums and meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía o carrera afín
- Experiencia mínima de 10 años en Working Capital Solutions y Receivables Finance
- Ingles: Avanzado C1 (Conversacional - Profesional)
- Se valorará altamente experiencia en mercados de capitales y contabilidad
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
- Capacidad efectiva de gestión del tiempo y habilidades de presentación
- Habilidad para interactuar con equipos, entornos y personas de múltiples nacionalidades
- Capacidad para coordinar equipos en diferentes zonas horarias y negociar en situaciones complejas
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo acelerado
