About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze large volumes of data and interpret information
Prepare executive presentations to monitor service levels and transaction activity of automatic channels (ATMs/ATSs)
Lead implementation of signage across the branch network
Plan branch-network status review tours
Operationally coordinate projects aligned with Servicing Model definitions
Support the branch network and ensure the proper functioning of automatic channels
Interact with different areas of the bank

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 years of experience in analytical and/or operational roles
Preferably, knowledge of banking branch-network dynamics and ATM/ATS operation
Student or graduate of a degree related to the banking business (marked as exclusive requirement, but no credential level specified)
Mandatory SQL and Apps Script skills, or strong generative-AI/prompting skills to perform these queries and automation tasks
Experience using Looker or Looker Studio to build dashboards and reports
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
Knowledge of JIRA; BMC Helix/Remedy is preferred
Fluent and habitual use of artificial-intelligence tools for task optimization, code/data analysis, and autonomous problem solving
Autonomous, proactive, results-oriented profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to interact fluently with different bank departments
