About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support real estate finance transactions
- Review and analysis of financing documentation for loans
- Provide day-to-day legal support to BBVA Group
- Represent the Legal Department in meetings with senior management
- Advise on all legal matters relevant to US CIB operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience at a top law firm
- Prior experience negotiating real estate finance documentation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic
- Juris Doctor from a top law school
- An active license to practice law in the State of New York
