Finance & Reporting Administrative Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory, accounting, and management reporting records and documentation.
- Manage employee expense processes through SAP Concur, including verification of expense claims, compliance checks with internal policies, and coordination with employees and managers regarding documentation and corrections.
- Support daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, including invoice handling, reconciliations, and administrative finance tasks.
- Provide administrative and operational support to members of the Finance & Reporting team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles, ideally within a financial institution or corporate environment.
- Experience working with SAP Concur or other expense management systems is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or reporting processes is an advantage.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
