Senior Vice President – Structured Finance, Project Finance, Infrastructure and Asset Finance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Arrange, structure and execute complex large-scale structured finance mandates
- Hold dialogue and negotiations with clients
- Manage key internal stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials, financial models, and credit proposals
- Conduct execution of multiple transactions in parallel
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent graduate qualification
- More than 7 years of experience in bank lending and/or structured finance
- Extensive experience leading debt transactions
- Strong decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of origination and syndication practices
- Solid understanding of M&A processes
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI applications, and Google Chrome
