Key responsibilities & impact

Originate and lead execution of liability management mandates
Advise clients on refinancing, capital structure optimization, and bond strategies
Partner across Coverage, DCM, and other product teams to deliver integrated solutions
Build and oversee advanced financial models and transaction analytics
Significant focus on building trusted advisor relationships with both existing clients and prospects
Mentor junior team members and help shape the platform’s growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10+ years of experience in Liability Management, Debt Advisory, or DCM
Strong track record in the US market, with exposure to LatAm
Deep understanding of fixed income products, funding strategies, Accounting (US GAAP and IFRS) and capital structures
Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analytical mindset
Client-facing experience with proven ability to originate and execute transactions
Fluency in English required; Spanish is a strong plus
SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses
