About the role

  • Independently prepare and submit regulatory and statistical reports to the Deutsche Bundesbank
  • Ensure integrity, completeness and consistency of regulatory and management reporting data
  • Monitor regulatory developments and evaluate their operational impact on the Branch
  • Coordinate and implement reporting-related regulatory changes in alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and further develop reporting systems, interfaces and data flows
  • Contribute analytical insights to portfolio controlling and management reporting
  • Prepare financial analyses and decision-relevant reports for local Management
  • Act as a contact point for internal and external auditors in reporting-related matters
  • Provide support in local accounting processes where required
  • Proactively contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Reporting and/or controlling, ideally within a financial institution
  • Strong understanding of German regulatory reporting requirements
  • Good knowledge of HGB; IFRS familiarity is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools; VBA or SQL knowledge is beneficial
  • Familiarity with the German regulatory and tax framework is an asset
  • Fluent in German
  • Good command of English
  • Spanish is an advantage
