About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You design a hybrid training format — 2 days in-person / 3 days remote.
You deliver all relevant content in a hands-on, practice-oriented way — Python, databases, statistics, Machine Learning, or BI tools.
You support our #Data-Queens with regular feedback and provide strong technical guidance to advance their learning progress.
You prepare our #Data-Queens for the relevant certifications associated with each module.
You create an open, supportive learning environment for women in the tech sector.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have solid expertise in Data Analytics, Python, databases, Machine Learning, or BI tools.
Ideally, you have experience as a lecturer, trainer, coach, or in adult education — or you are eager to start a career in this field.
You can explain complex topics in an accessible, structured, and practice-oriented manner.
You are familiar with online training, remote teaching, and hybrid learning formats.
Your German language skills are at least at a C1 level.
