Key responsibilities & impact

You independently advise on and design agile IT projects and implement legal and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
Elicitation, analysis and management of requirements are core responsibilities, as well as coordinating with business units and development teams
You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
You maintain a collaborative working relationship and open communication with our clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking industry and in statistical reporting (especially BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
Strong methodological and conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methodologies
Independent and communicative working style that enables you to drive projects forward proactively
Ideally, you have already implemented IT projects addressing regulatory requirements
Fluent German skills (minimum C1)
