You independently advise on, design, and lead traditional and agile IT projects for our clients
Capturing, analyzing, and managing requirements are core responsibilities
Coordination with business units and development teams
Supporting the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
Collaborative partnership and open communication with our clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience in designing, implementing, and leading IT projects
Technical skills and analytical thinking, as well as methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis
Basic knowledge of software development, programming, and databases
Experience in the banking and insurance sectors is an advantage
Structured, independent working style and open communication with clients and colleagues
Fluent German (at least C1)
