Advise, design, and independently lead traditional and agile IT projects for our clients – from the initial idea to successful implementation
Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements
Coordinate with business units and development teams
Actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
Maintain a collaborative partnership and open communication with our clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT projects
Technical skills, analytical thinking, and methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis
Basic knowledge of software development, programming, and databases
Experience in the banking and insurance sectors is an advantage
Structured working style, independence, and open communication with clients and colleagues
Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
