About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You advise and independently shape agile IT projects and implement statutory and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
- Requirement elicitation, analysis and requirements management are among your core responsibilities, as well as coordinating with business units and development
- You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
- You maintain a collaborative relationship and open communication with our clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking sector and in statistical regulatory reporting (in particular BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
- Solid methodological and conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methods
- A self-driven and communicative working style that enables you to proactively advance projects
- Ideally, you have already implemented IT projects addressing regulatory requirements
- Fluent German (at least C1)
