About the role
- Establish and lead Bayesian’s People Operations function
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team
- Shape and sustain a strong remote-first culture
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters

- Build data-driven people processes and reporting
- Introduce tools and infrastructure for company operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience
- Proven hands-on experience establishing HR systems
- Track record of partnering effectively with executives
- Strong cultural leadership
- Business-minded approach to People work
- Experience designing and scaling people programs in a distributed, remote-first environment
- Approachable and empathetic, with strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
