About the role

  • Planning, concept development, execution and post-event follow-up for a variety of event formats (conferences, seminars, gala events, in-house trade shows, etc.), including contract drafting and budget responsibility
  • Briefing, coordination and oversight of internal resources and external service providers during event preparation
  • Client support throughout all phases of the event
  • Guest management during conferences and events
  • Coordination and further development of our own event formats
  • Data maintenance, analysis and post-event processing

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree related to project or event management
  • Solid practical experience in leading event projects, including cost management
  • Ideally additional relevant qualifications, e.g., certified event safety supervisor, first aider, etc.
  • Strong service orientation, enthusiasm, high level of commitment and proactive thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and a clear, open and friendly manner with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Advanced proficiency with Windows 365
  • Experience with booking software, e.g., Bankettprofi/BpEvent
  • Resilience, commitment and reliability; flexibility regarding willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
