Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate audits and general ledger activities
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close out process
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Assist with annual budgeting process
Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with payroll review
Manage company leases and produce location cost financial reporting
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
