About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate audits and general ledger activities
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close out process
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with annual budgeting process
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with payroll review
- Manage company leases and produce location cost financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
