About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead production planning and execution at vaccine manufacturing site in Kvistgaard
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and align demand, capacity, and material availability
Work with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Global Planning for supply execution
Facilitate the monthly Site Supply Review (SRM), consolidating planning topics for Global Supply Review
Proactively identify supply risks, rescheduling needs, and customer delivery impacts
Monitor batch progress and release timelines to ensure supply readiness and warehouse flows
Maintain high-quality planning data in ERP systems and contribute to improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain operations
Experience from complex manufacturing environments, preferably pharmaceutical or biotech
Expertise in Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and short- to mid-term planning horizons
Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred)
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Experience building dashboards, KPIs, or BI tools like Tableau
APICS CPIM certification is considered an advantage
Full proficiency in Danish and English is required
