About the role

  • With your support, the smooth operation and ongoing development of the central Microsoft-based IT infrastructure will be ensured.
  • You install and maintain applications in the data center and handle their technical provisioning.
  • You independently process support tickets.
  • You perform fault diagnostics and resolve technical issues.
  • You take responsibility for individual IT projects and support collaborative projects.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker for System Integration, Systems Electronics Technician) or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in application and/or system administration
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems (2016–2025) and server virtualization (Hyper-V)
  • Additionally, you have knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Microsoft Exchange Server, Veeam Backup, network configuration (WAN/LAN, routing, firewall), Citrix products
  • You enjoy working independently and are goal-oriented
  • You have strong teamwork and communication skills.
