About the role
- Support the design of training programs for BAUHAUS managers and emerging leaders
- Prepare analyses, conduct research and create presentations
- Actively support the department on current projects and take on conceptual tasks
Requirements
- Advanced/enrolled student in Business Education, Psychology, Human Resources/Personnel Management, or a comparable degree program
- Initial experience in designing learning content and with typical topics in personnel development
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Reliable, organized and committed working style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
