About the role

  • As a Business Analyst in our Product Team Demand & Pricing, you support product development in the areas of pricing and demand steering / demand forecasting.
  • You support communication with our stakeholders and gather requirements.
  • Together with the Product Owner you coordinate the creation of concepts and manage their implementation using agile methods.
  • Testing and acceptance of the finished solutions, as well as handing them over to the operational business, are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You assist in defining specific, business-relevant KPIs and monitor them.
  • You identify innovative market ideas that are relevant for the further development of our existing processes.
  • Through your input, the monitoring of systems is continuously improved and you ensure that operational business is guaranteed at all times.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable course of study.
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
  • Experience in pricing processes and category management in a retail company is an advantage.
  • Solid experience in designing and conceptualizing solutions in the e-commerce domain.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and an independent, responsible way of working.
  • Proven experience in agile product management, preferably Kanban.
  • Very good German skills and fluent English skills.
