About the role
- As an Agile Coach with a focus on OKR, you advise and support our departments and leaders in optimizing and strategically developing our established OKR process.
- You are responsible for and continuously improve our OKR formats such as education sessions and trainings to further embed agile principles across the organization.
- You continuously analyze learning and development needs to further evolve our learning and coaching offerings.
- You facilitate, support, and grow our OKR community, promoting the exchange of best practices.
- You identify challenges and inefficiencies in the implemented OKR process and related structures and support their timely and pragmatic resolution.
- You contribute to organization-wide initiatives aimed at optimizing structures, collaboration models, and processes.
Requirements
- A relevant degree (e.g., in Business or IT) and at least three years of professional experience in applying, developing, and scaling OKR frameworks.
- Ideally, you have already demonstrated the ability to take established agile processes to the next level.
- You possess deep, practical expertise across the entire OKR cycle — from strategic advising of management and training teams to moderating OKR events.
- You have a proven track record of establishing and expanding a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong didactic and facilitation skills, a confident approach to stakeholders at all hierarchy levels, and experience with tools such as Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and Goals distinguish you.
- Excellent presentation and conflict-resolution skills in German and English.
