About the role
- Responsibility for the Product Compliance area within Quality Assurance
- Development of product-related test requirements, product approvals, and oversight of testing performed by external testing service providers
- Execution of conformity assessment procedures within the assigned product category, ensuring implementation of European directives and regulations
- Document management and monitoring of existing products
- Interpretation and communication of test results
- Support for regulatory authority inquiries
- Handling complaints related to product safety defects
- Training and support for linked departments
- Project management and implementation of legal requirements across the company
Requirements
- Completed technical training or a technical degree
- Experience in Product Compliance or Quality Management
- A solid understanding of national, European and international legislation and standardization in the field of Product Compliance is desirable
- Negotiation skills and conflict-resolution competence
- A conscientious, solution-oriented working style marked by team spirit and reliability
- Proficiency in working with various IT systems
- Strong communication skills and good written and spoken English
