About the role

  • Responsible for planning, leading, and executing cross-functional e-commerce and IT projects
  • Consolidation of requirements for a new, central customer master in the context of the S/4 transformation (S/4HANA)
  • Coordinate collaboration with all business stakeholders — nationally and internationally
  • Analyze and further develop the existing customer loyalty program
  • Prepare analyses, requirements, and project plans, taking resources and budgets into account

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce or retail
  • Ideally, experience in building and operating a centralized customer master
  • Experience coordinating distributed or virtual teams
  • Proficient with standard methods of traditional and agile project management
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
