About the role

  • Responsible for the comprehensive management and further development of BAUHAUS private labels
  • Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses
  • Develop and implement sustainable brand strategies
  • Work closely with the responsible buyer on supplier selection, evaluation and negotiation
  • Oversee the development of packaging designs and marketing campaigns to drive sales
  • Define KPIs and monitor the performance of the private labels

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in purchasing, product management or brand management, ideally in the context of private/own brands within the consumer goods or retail sector
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven negotiation abilities
  • Creativity, a strong sense for trends and a team-oriented mindset
