About the role
- Advise logistics departments on their change and development needs related to logistics systems
- Support projects through the technical implementation phase up to training, rollout and adoption
- Ensure the entire requirements process, from engaging relevant stakeholders to sustainable documentation
- Ensure smooth operation of the transport management software through functional testing, user training and ongoing enhancements
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the requirements management process.
