About the role

  • You actively contribute to the implementation and continuous development of the SAP Business Data Cloud.
  • You design, model and operate SAP BW on HANA objects and advise business units both functionally and technically on reporting, analytics and KPI requirements.
  • You ensure consistent data models and standardized KPI definitions and evaluate new analytics requirements in the balance between standard solutions, extensions and custom developments.
  • You are responsible for quality assurance regarding data modeling, performance and sustainable solution architectures.
  • You work in parallel on multiple projects at different maturity levels and coordinate closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or comparable training or relevant professional experience (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience as a Senior SAP BI / BW Consultant in complex enterprise landscapes
  • Very good knowledge of SAP BW on HANA (modeling, performance, operations)
  • Solid experience with cloud-based SAP analytics architectures
  • Understanding of S/4HANA architectures and related systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into structured technical concepts, plus excellent German and good English language skills.
