About the role
- Your trainee program starts on March 1, 2026 (or by arrangement), lasts 18 months and takes place at the BAUHAUS Service Center Germany in Mannheim.
- As a Trainee in Project Management (E‑Commerce) you will gradually take on responsibility for projects — from initial planning to successful implementation.
- You will gain valuable insights into different departments, roles and responsibilities.
- Various project management methods will be used — from traditional approaches such as the waterfall model to agile methods like Scrum and Kanban.
- You will plan and monitor projects efficiently using modern tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Your communication and presentation skills will be continuously developed so that you can independently lead meetings and workshops.
- In addition, you will learn to identify risks early and develop targeted measures to manage them.
Requirements
- You have a degree in Business Administration (BWL), Computer Science, Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) or a comparable field.
- You have a good understanding of e‑commerce processes, online shops, digital platforms and IT contexts.
- You have very good English skills and strong communication abilities to confidently coordinate diverse stakeholders.
- You think analytically, quickly recognize interrelationships and find efficient solutions to complex challenges.
- You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You bring high self-motivation and a willingness to continuously develop yourself.
