About the role
- You provide comprehensive advice to clients on mortgage financing
- You develop individual financing solutions (new build, purchase, follow-up financing/refinancing)
- You build long-term client relationships – no cold calling
- You work closely with banks, partners and your team
- You assume responsibility early in the advisory process – supported, but with real scope to shape your role
- You continuously develop your technical and sales skills
Requirements
- Experience in sales, consulting or financial services (e.g., salesperson, sales representative, customer advisor, sales manager, financial advisor, insurance advisor, or real estate agent)
- Enjoy advising, communicating and working with clients
- Interest in finance and real estate and motivation to develop your expertise further
- Sense of responsibility, empathy and a commitment to sustainable, client-focused advice
