About the role
- Enter and record supplier invoices in the accounting system
- File and archive documents
- Monitor supplier liabilities and process supplier payments
- Reconcile receipts and payments (posting/matching)
- Monitor customer accounts in coordination with operations and collections
Requirements
- Recent graduate or first experience in accounting (internships or apprenticeships accepted)
- Degree such as DCG, BTS CG, BTS CGO, BUT GEA (accounting option) or equivalent
- Comfortable with numbers, rigorous and organized
- Proficient with IT tools (Excel + accounting software)
- Good interpersonal skills, motivated to learn, team player
