About the role
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio (commercial and technical follow-up)
- Respond to tenders and prepare quotations/estimates
- Organize, plan and oversee maintenance, installation and compliance works
- Supervise technical teams (technicians, subcontractors) and ensure service quality
- Handle administrative and financial follow-up of projects (invoicing, margins, reporting)
- Serve as the primary client contact for matters related to: fire extinguishers and hose reels (RIA), emergency lighting units (BAES), natural and mechanical smoke extraction, and fire alarm systems (SSI – categories A to E)
- Ensure compliance with standards (APSAD, NF standards, ERP/IGH regulations, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar position (account manager, technical sales, project manager or technical manager)
- Technical knowledge of fire protection systems: extinguishers, BAES, smoke extraction, alarm systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor and a customer service mindset
- Proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Office, estimating software; ERP experience preferred)
- Valid Category B driving license required
