About the role
- Complete our Graduate Program in the Paris region to undertake your apprenticeship on a fast-track
- Be trained and mentored by an Associate Director
- Be involved from day one in the operational management of projects
- Ensure the profitability oversight of your department
- Manage a team of 5 to 15 people
- Ensure the smooth running of operations
- Act as the linchpin between field technicians and clients
- Training will take place at the head office in Clichy (92110) for a maximum of 4 to 6 months
- Become Business Unit Director in Bordeaux and support the company takeover and the transition with the seller
Requirements
- Graduate of a Grande École program from a top-5 business school or a top-5 engineering school
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Willingness to join an operational project — an SME operating in start-up mode
- Desire for versatility and autonomy
- Ability to make decisions
- Strong work capacity
- Collaborative and willing to share with others
- Rigour and attention to detail
