About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside the BDMD and wider BDM team to deliver the BDM strategy
  • Drive development of internal and external communications channels
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver annual Impact Report
  • Act as a strategic adviser to partners and senior colleagues on business development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Broad marketing and business development background within a law firm environment
  • Experience at manager or senior manager level
  • Understanding of externalising and adding commercial value to legal expertise
  • High-quality client and market intelligence skills
  • Strong understanding of Purpose & Impact communication
  • Experience advising, working with and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering products and services that drive revenue.
