About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze financial data and provide accurate financial insights and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, and or related area preferred
2-4 years of relevant experience, including: banking, real estate, finance, private equity or asset management
A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced real estate investment company
Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Yardi and Argus Enterprise)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional written, communication, and organizational skills
Occasional travel, and access to a car is necessary
