About the role

  • For the technical implementation of requirements from our long-standing clients, as well as for newer projects, we are immediately hiring multiple (Senior) Technical Product Owners [w/m/x] on a full-time basis
  • Together with your team of cross-functional experts and developers, you ensure the successful implementation of the project
  • Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders
  • Be deeply involved in the backlog and maximize the product's value and quality within the defined scope and timebox
  • Serve as a technical sparring partner for all stakeholders and act as the interface (PPO) between the client and the development team
  • Familiarize yourself with the project's technical requirements, identify the client's goals and requirements for the project, and support the team in implementing those requirements
  • Take on all Product Owner tasks according to Scrum, such as stakeholder management, requirements management, backlog work, and conducting reviews, refinements, and retrospectives in collaboration with your Scrum team
  • You are responsible for project controlling and documenting the project progress
  • You are accountable for the project's success and plan team resources and capacities to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner in agile software development and ideally in the technical implementation of database projects and technical applications (PIM/DAM and MDM systems)
  • Expert knowledge in writing user stories and in building, prioritizing, and maintaining the backlog
  • Strong communication skills to successfully guide our clients through the project
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, and a valid EU work permit
  • Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Structured and analytical working style and the ability to communicate complex issues to stakeholders in an audience-appropriate way
