About the role
- We are immediately looking for multiple (Senior) Product Owners [m/f/x] for the technical implementation of requirements from our long-standing clients as well as for newer projects.
- Together with your team of interdisciplinary experts and developers you ensure the successful implementation of the project.
- You act as the primary contact for all stakeholders, maintain a deep understanding of the backlog, and maximize the product’s value and quality.
- You serve as a technical sparring partner for all stakeholders and act as the interface (PPO) between the client and the development team.
- You familiarize yourself with the project’s technical prerequisites, identify the client’s project requirements and objectives, and support the team in implementing those requirements.
- You take on all Product Owner responsibilities according to Scrum, such as stakeholder management, requirements management, backlog work, and conducting reviews, refinements and retrospectives in collaboration with your Scrum team.
- You are responsible for project controlling and documenting the project’s progress.
- You are accountable for the project’s success and plan the team’s resources and capacities.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner in agile software development and, ideally, experience in the technical implementation of database projects and technical applications (PIM/DAM and MDM systems).
- Expert-level knowledge in writing user stories as well as in building, prioritizing and maintaining the backlog.
- Strong communication skills to successfully guide our clients through the project.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, and a valid EU work permit.
- A degree in business administration/economics, computer science, engineering or a related field.
- A structured and analytical working style and the ability to communicate complex issues to stakeholders in a target-group-appropriate manner.
