About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the stable operation of Customer's computer software systems and network connections in support of the DoD
Plan, install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize all network software and communication links
Analyze and resolve end-user software program and connectivity issues
Provide local and remote maintenance to operational systems
Support application sustainment across Windows and Linux environments
Support Oracle and Microsoft SQL database implementations
Produce ad-hoc queries and business intelligence reports
Perform vulnerability management
Develop executive-level presentations and present to senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Secret clearance
Seven (7) years of progressive experience in Information Processing
Six (6) years specialized across numerous Information Processing disciplines
Four (4) years of concentrated, hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software
Experience developing executive-level presentations and working with and presenting to senior management
Experience with business intelligence tools; Qlik or Power BI preferred
Proven experience as a systems administrator implementing and/or administering a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform
Excellent interpersonal, customer-service, and problem-solving skills
DoD 8570.01-M / 8140 IAT II baseline certification
Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
