About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administration and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, clients, networks, cloud services)
- Processing support requests and handling incidents at the second level (ticket system, remote support, on-site service)
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
- User and permissions management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Management of end devices (PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile devices)
- Participation in IT projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic network technology
- Basic knowledge of Linux and IT security advantageous
- Structured, documentation-oriented working style and problem-solving skills
- Strong service and customer orientation when working with users
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work in a team, cooperative attitude and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive IT systems and data
