Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in the field of analytical systems or measurement technology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in process optimization and Lean Management
- High degree of initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Confident use of relevant IT systems and production software
