About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules
  • Implement technical solutions supporting business needs
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Ensure compliance with secure coding standards
  • Support testing, deployments, and production sustainment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field/major – OR – Four (4) additional years of experience without a degree in Information Technology
  • Five (5) years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM developer in a classified environment
  • Proficiency with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HRMS (9.x, Payroll, Time & Labor)
  • Experience with development tools including Process Scheduler, Application Engine, Batch Processing, Data Mover
  • Programming experience with: PeopleCode, COBOL 11, ASP, JavaScript, SQR, HTML
  • Security Clearance Must hold an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
