About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules
Implement technical solutions supporting business needs
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Ensure compliance with secure coding standards
Support testing, deployments, and production sustainment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in any field/major – OR – Four (4) additional years of experience without a degree in Information Technology
Five (5) years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM developer in a classified environment
Proficiency with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HRMS (9.x, Payroll, Time & Labor)
Experience with development tools including Process Scheduler, Application Engine, Batch Processing, Data Mover
Programming experience with: PeopleCode, COBOL 11, ASP, JavaScript, SQR, HTML
Security Clearance Must hold an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
