Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
Coordinate dependencies across teams.
Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
Support alignment between business strategy and ART execution.
Ensure compliance with Agile/SAFe principles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in any field/major OR Two (2) additional years of IT experience without a degree.
Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
At least one (1) year as an RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications.
Experience facilitating PI Planning and key Agile/SAFe ceremonies.
Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
Strong skills in identifying and removing impediments to team progress.
Experience driving continuous improvement within an Agile Release Train.
Knowledge and application of Agile and SAFe principles.
Ability to align ART execution with business and mission strategy.
Experience supporting enterprise COTS applications in an Agile environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams.
Must hold and an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
