About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams.
- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
- Support alignment between business strategy and ART execution.
- Ensure compliance with Agile/SAFe principles.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any field/major OR Two (2) additional years of IT experience without a degree.
- Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
- At least one (1) year as an RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications.
- Experience facilitating PI Planning and key Agile/SAFe ceremonies.
- Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
- Strong skills in identifying and removing impediments to team progress.
- Experience driving continuous improvement within an Agile Release Train.
- Knowledge and application of Agile and SAFe principles.
- Ability to align ART execution with business and mission strategy.
- Experience supporting enterprise COTS applications in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams.
- Must hold and an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
