About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams.
  • Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support alignment between business strategy and ART execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Agile/SAFe principles.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field/major OR Two (2) additional years of IT experience without a degree.
  • Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
  • At least one (1) year as an RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications.
  • Experience facilitating PI Planning and key Agile/SAFe ceremonies.
  • Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
  • Strong skills in identifying and removing impediments to team progress.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement within an Agile Release Train.
  • Knowledge and application of Agile and SAFe principles.
  • Ability to align ART execution with business and mission strategy.
  • Experience supporting enterprise COTS applications in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams.
  • Must hold and an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
