About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain product strategy, features, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into actionable features
- Prioritize backlog based on mission value, risk, and technical readiness
- Participate in PI planning and support Agile team execution
- Ensure features meet government acceptance criteria and security/compliance requirements
- Ensure 508 and Privacy Act compliance for applicable changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any field/major OR Three (3) additional years of IT experience without a degree
- Five (5) years as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Product Manager
- Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Experience translating stakeholder needs into actionable features
- Skill in prioritizing backlogs based on mission value and risk
- Experience supporting Agile/SAFe ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning)
- Knowledge of federal security, compliance, 508, and Privacy Act requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
