Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain product strategy, features, and roadmaps
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into actionable features
Prioritize backlog based on mission value, risk, and technical readiness
Participate in PI planning and support Agile team execution
Ensure features meet government acceptance criteria and security/compliance requirements
Ensure 508 and Privacy Act compliance for applicable changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in any field/major OR Three (3) additional years of IT experience without a degree
Five (5) years as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
At least one (1) year of experience as a Product Manager
Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
Experience translating stakeholder needs into actionable features
Skill in prioritizing backlogs based on mission value and risk
Experience supporting Agile/SAFe ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning)
Knowledge of federal security, compliance, 508, and Privacy Act requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
