About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems
- Serve as a vital link between business units and IT teams
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Understand 'As-Is' workflows and design 'To-Be' processes
- Lead sessions to define business functional requirements and scope
- Support the full lifecycle of ERP, including functional system configuration, data migration, and system integration
- Identify discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities
- Develop ERP-related business process flows and test scripts
- Act as a subject matter expert to train end-users and create documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other technical fields
- 10+ years of combined experience in the above functional areas in either business and/or IT roles
- Business analysis, requirements management, and ERP solution design (Microsoft Dynamics preferred; SAP or other ERP system is acceptable)
- Previous experience implementing ERP systems in a capital equipment manufacturing environment
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations
- Deep understanding of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Lean methodologies
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification for continuous process improvement
