About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist design team in machinery design from inception to completion
  • Develop engineering specifications and original design concepts
  • Provide detailed technical analysis of equipment
  • Provide machine process audits and make recommendations
  • Test and debug equipment to isolate defects
  • Prepare layouts using CAD tools
  • Evaluate moderately complex designs and make engineering changes
  • Prepare schematics, assemblies, detailed drawings, and BOM for moderately complex equipment
  • Support manufacturing/assembly teams
  • May travel to customer site for technical assistance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in field
  • Eplan experience preferred
  • Experience with PLC, HMI, Servo
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
