Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Engineering background preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of steel reinforcement, precast, and/or prestress a plus
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers at all organizational levels
  • Deep experience collaborating with sales, technical, and business teams
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
  • Financial competence, with familiarity in planning and forecasting
  • Demonstrated excellence in business strategy and development
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred
