About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of diverse and complex design-build and EPC manufacturing facility projects
Drive the front-end planning and project development for capital investments
Lead front-end programming, master planning, concept studies, and FEED package development
Provide client and technical leadership in the development of integrated design-build and EPC capital projects
Analyze and develop specialized manufacturing facility solutions
Lead project development and execution including project plans and strategies
Develop client requests for proposals and champion strategic pursuits
Mentor and provide guidance to technical and planning professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in planning, design, and delivery of manufacturing facilities through design-build and/or EPC project delivery methods
Leadership skills and experience with a drive to grow and expand local and regional clients
Understanding of cGMP manufacturing and distribution facilities
Knowledge of building systems, site infrastructure, operational requirements, people and material flows
Experience with supply chain engineering concepts
Experience in development and delivery of greenfield and brownfield manufacturing facilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline
Advanced degree or professional licensure preferred
