About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems.
- Serve as a vital link between business units and other IT teams.
- Ensure ERP platform solutions align with industry best practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Focus on production planning and manufacturing execution in a complex capital equipment environment.
- Understand 'As-Is' workflows and design 'To-Be' processes.
- Lead sessions to define business functional requirements and scope.
- Support the full lifecycle of ERP including functional system configuration and data migration.
- Identify discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities.
- Develop ERP-related business process flows and test scripts.
- Create documentation and training materials for end-users.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other technical fields, such as Engineering.
- 10+ years of combined experience in business and/or IT roles, including business analysis, requirements management, and ERP solution design (Microsoft Dynamics preferred; SAP or other ERP system is acceptable)
- Previous experience implementing ERP systems in a capital equipment manufacturing environment
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations
- Deep understanding of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Lean methodologies
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification for continuous process improvement.
