About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead $100M + design‑build projects, and/or multi-project programs from concept to closeout as the single point of accountability to clients and project teams
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology markets
Strengthen and grow relationships with clients and all other project stakeholders by establishing and maintaining close alignment on scope, schedule, and budget
Ensure quality and on‑time delivery from design and preconstruction through completion
Foster trust, innovation, and continuous improvement using lessons learned and emerging technologies
Support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to grow projects and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of leadership in large‑scale engineering design and construction projects within an AEC consulting environment
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks in complex project settings
Track record delivering high‑quality design‑build projects on time and on budget
Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology
Bachelor’s in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university (required)
Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain in multiple states
Ability to travel for project needs, client meetings, and industry events
