About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-12 inside sales/customer service representatives selling machined parts to BW Packaging customers
  • Drive daily, weekly, and quarterly sales targets by balancing inbound customer responsiveness with outbound, growth-focused activity
  • Manage customer escalations with urgency and transparency, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Turn quotes around quickly and accurately, maintaining customer confidence and momentum in the sales process
  • Equip the team with the answers, tools, and resources they need to respond to customer needs effectively
  • Embrace and execute key strategies and tactics that drive Aftermarket Parts revenue growth
  • Manage the monthly incentive plan, partnering with Finance and HR to recognize and reward team performance
  • Champion consistent use of ERP and CRM systems to ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • React with agility to shifting team and customer needs, maintaining a high standard of service and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with Power BI a plus
