About the role
- Responsible for independently assessing, designing, and advising on OT cybersecurity controls, regulatory obligations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional incident analyses, determine root causes and gaps in security capabilities, implement remediation actions, and develop prevention measures
- Conduct OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, and threat analyses
- Provide expert advice to business units, engineering teams, and leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development, implementation, or cybersecurity of industrial control systems
- Degree or certification in industrial control engineering or OT cybersecurity
- Extensive knowledge of OT networks, ICS components, and related security risks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently analyze complex technical problems and propose actionable solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross-team initiatives with minimal supervision
- Reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in English
